A: Step 1.
Install your NetPon router and connect your device to it via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.
Step 2.
Open a web browser and enter the router's default IP address in the address bar (typically 192.168.131.1 or 192.168.1.1).
Step 3.
If this is your first login, you will enter the Quick Configuration Guide. Follow the prompts to configure your network and Wi-Fi settings, and set a secure login password.
A: Step 1. Log in to the router's web interface using the default IP address.
Step 2. Navigate to the "Wi-Fi Config" or "WLAN" settings section.
Step 3. Enter your desired Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password, then click "Submit" or "Apply" to save the changes. The router will restart the Wi-Fi module to apply the new settings.

1. Verify the correct management IP address and ensure the Web management port is correct (default is usually 443 or 80).
2. Ensure your PC and the OLT are in the same subnet.
3. Check access control settings via CLI if configured. You can use a console cable, Telnet, or SSH to access the OLT and open the CLI to review the configuration.
A: NetPon ships globally. We utilize reputable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, as well as standard air and sea freight depending on your order volume and location. You can choose your preferred shipping method by coordinating with your NetPon sales representative.
A: Delivery times vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected. Standard express shipping generally takes 5-10 business days, while bulk sea freight shipments may take 3-6 weeks. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
A: NetPon provides a standard 12-month warranty for all hardware products, including OLTs, ONUs, Routers, and CPEs, starting from the date of shipment. Extended warranty options may be available upon request during the purchasing process.
A: If your device requires repair or replacement under warranty, please contact our support team at contact@np.sheetheg.com to receive an RMA form. Once your form is reviewed and approved, you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to ship the defective unit back to our service center.
